Investment Conditions Deal Value Up to USD 100 m. Equity Preference Tharawat to participate through capital increase and/or partial cash out of owner. Majority stake with minority protections rights. Other Conditions Board level participation to ensure active role of Tharawat. Target companies must be Sharia’a compliant or commit to pursue to being Sharia’a compliant. Strong values proposition and distressed companies will be considered. Greenfield projects may also be considered. Selectively Europe and Far East may be targeted to arbitrage technology and experience to serve regional investments.
